01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at commercialcleanit.com (the "Site"), submitting a quote request form, or otherwise interacting with our services (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or submit a form.

Clicking "Get My Free Quote," "Submit anyway," or any other button that submits a form on the Site constitutes your electronic signature and your express agreement to these Terms, with the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your"), and, if you use the Site on behalf of a business, that business, and Commercial Clean It ("we," "us," or "our").

02 Our Services

Commercial Clean It operates as a free quote-matching and lead-referral platform. Our services include:

• Collecting information about your commercial cleaning needs via online forms
• Sharing your request with commercial cleaning providers who serve your area
• Facilitating introductions between businesses and cleaning service providers in Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and surrounding areas

03 Eligibility

The Services are intended for business and commercial use only. To use our Site and submit a quote request, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business or organization
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all submitted forms
• Be located in or seeking services within our service areas

04 Quotes & Third-Party Providers

By submitting a quote request form on our Site, including a partially completed form, you:

• Authorize us to share the information you submit with one or more third-party cleaning providers
• Acknowledge that quotes are provided by independent providers and not by Commercial Clean It
• Understand that submission of a form does not guarantee a response, quote, price, or the availability of a provider in your area
• Agree that any contract for cleaning services is made solely between you and the chosen provider, and that Commercial Clean It is not a party to that contract

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Commercial Clean It, and we do not direct or control how they perform their work. Any description of a provider as "licensed," "insured," "vetted," or "background-checked" reflects information we request or that providers represent to us; we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of that information or the quality, safety, legality, pricing, timeliness, or performance of any provider. You are responsible for independently verifying a provider's licensing, insurance, references, and suitability before hiring them. Any disputes regarding services rendered must be resolved directly with the provider.

05 Communications Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted about your request by Commercial Clean It and by the providers we share it with, at the phone number and email address you provide, including by phone call, email, and text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. To stop calls from a specific provider, contact that provider directly; to stop us from sharing future requests, contact us at the address below. You confirm that you are the subscriber of, or authorized to use, any phone number you submit.

06 User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or information about another person without their permission
• Submit duplicate or spam requests intended to abuse the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or submit data to the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect or harvest information about other users without authorization

07 Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you submit a quote request, the information you provide (such as your name, business name, ZIP code, phone number, email, and facility details) will be shared with cleaning providers in our network.

08 Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED HEREIN ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any provider in our network will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Quotes received from providers will be accurate, complete, or binding
• Ratings, testimonials, response times, or other statements on the Site will reflect your experience
• The results of using our matching service will meet your needs

We do not endorse any provider, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation to hire a particular provider.

09 Assumption of Risk & Release

You understand that hiring a cleaning provider involves allowing third parties onto your premises and that this carries risks, including property damage, theft, personal injury, regulatory non-compliance, and unsatisfactory work. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge Commercial Clean It and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, and liabilities of every kind, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) any provider, (b) any quote, contract, or service between you and a provider, or (c) any dispute between you and a provider. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542, and any similar law of any other jurisdiction, which would otherwise limit this release to claims you know or suspect exist at the time of release.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMMERCIAL CLEAN IT OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, YOUR SUBMISSION OF ANY FORM, OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data
• Damage to, or loss or theft of, property or equipment
• Personal injury or death caused by any provider or its personnel
• Any acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of third-party cleaning providers
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions or data
• Reliance on information, ratings, or statements provided on the Site

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, COMMERCIAL CLEAN IT IS FOUND LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY REASON, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). The Services are provided free of charge, and you agree that these limitations are a fundamental part of the basis of the bargain between you and us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Commercial Clean It, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site or our services
• Information you submit through the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations or the rights of any third party
• Any dispute or transaction between you and a third-party cleaning provider

12 Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by others, including providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, icons, and the overall design — is the property of Commercial Clean It or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Site without our express prior written permission.

14 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises or it is permanently barred; (b) claims may be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action; and (c) you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

15 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, decline or remove any submission, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

16 General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without restriction.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Survival. Sections 4 and 8 through 16 survive any termination of your use of the Site.
• Electronic communications. You agree that notices, agreements, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

17 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site, or submission of a form, following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
